My light pad has a few LEDs out. Do I need to send it in for repair?

Sometimes a pad may have a few L.E.D.s (lights) that do not light up or light up intermittently. Not to worry, the pad is overbuilt for just such a situation! While you are always welcome to send your pad in for refurbish, it may not be worth the time and shipping for just a few lights out as the pad will maintain full effectiveness with several light outs. Blank LED's up to five adjacent are still working at 100% efficiency. Still not sure? Feel free to open a service request and a technician will be happy to help!
